Can I use the APIs now?
This release provides information and an early-access inquiry form. Self-service accounts, API credentials and sandbox execution are not available yet.
Does submitting the form create an account?
No. It records your interest and provides an inquiry reference. Account onboarding and admin approval will be introduced separately.
How will sandbox access be approved?
Our team will review the sandbox application. Only approved accounts will see sandbox tools and be able to generate test credentials.
Will sandbox approval give me production access?
No. Production requires a separate application and admin approval. Until then, live credentials and live API operations remain blocked.
Will sandbox use real money?
The planned sandbox uses isolated test balances and test transactions. It will not debit production wallets. Provider UAT testing may also be required.
Which services and billers will be supported?
The planned API covers discovery, fetch, validation, payment, status and receipts for supported BBPS billers. Live availability will depend on the released services and your account permissions.
What will the charges and limits be?
Pricing, permitted services and account limits will be agreed during onboarding. No public pricing or unlimited-access commitment is offered in this preview.
How will support find my issue?
The released APIs will provide request and transaction references for support. For an early-access inquiry, keep the reference shown after submitting the form.
